Do I need my birth time for astrology to work?

No, you do not have to have your birth time however your reading may be more accurate with the exact time. I do offer chart rectification as part of the time booked for your reading where we can use your major life event exact dates to work backwards and determine a probable birth time.

What’s the difference in astrology and psychic readings?

An astrology reading uses a snapshot of the planets at the time of your birth to provide you with a wealth of information regarding you, your experiences and tendencies. Psychics tap into your energy to glean information about you from spirits, guides, ancestors and more. Astrology is an ancient timing technique that was adopted over thousands of years by many cultures and belief systems and uses the historical data surrounding planetary cycles to project that data to the current cycle. Astrology is a little bit science and a little bit woo, psychic readings are solidly woo. While you can walk in to a psychic shop, most astrologers require appointment to prepare for your reading ahead of time by studying your chart. This helps astrologers to dial into the most pertinent details to your inquiry since your birth chart will give much more information than can be covered in a single reading.

Wait, so but like, are you psychic?

I firmly believe that we all are. Some are more attuned to receiving messages than others or may recieve information in specific, various ways, but we’re all interconnected beings of the universe and inherently have the ability to communicate with each other, nature, spirit, etc. I do often receive information during readings that would not be “possible for me to know”, the way it usually manifests for me is as claircognizance - words/feelings/information just pops into my head and I never know how or why. My entire life people have asked me, “Well how do you know that?” and so many times I couldn’t recall exactly, I just knew.

Do you do readings in person?

I offer astrology and tarot readings in person at The Movement Loft, please select the in-person appointment option when booking your service. All other readings are offered virtually through zoom.

Do you offer readings at events and parties?

I am available for tarot and astrology readings for private parties and events, workshops and pop-ups in the Dallas, Texas area and other locations by request if full travel accommodations are provided. Two and three hours of readings for your private event can be booked directly through my booking link. What does sliding scale mean?

Sliding scale is a fee structure that adjusts prices for my services based on what you can afford. I want to ensure that astrology, tarot and all of the woo are accessible for everyone regardless of socio-economic status. If you’d like a reading but cannot afford the full list price please use the contact form to reach out and let me know what service you are interested in and how much you are able to pay for that service then we’ll go from there.
